Responsibilities
- Zajištění materiálu pro splnění výrobního plánu
- Každodenní komunikaci s českými i zahraničními dodavateli a kontrolu včasnosti dodávek
- Tvorbu a aktualizaci objednávek v ERP systému (materiál, dodací lhůty, ceny)
- Informování výroby a plánování o případných zpožděních
- Přípravu reportů o nepotvrzených a zpožděných objednávkách a jejich eskalace
- Správu a aktualizaci dat v ERP systému
Our requirements
- Máte SŠ/VŠ vzdělání ekonomického nebo technického směru
- Máte min. 3 roky praxe v přímém nákupu ve výrobní firmě
- Domluvíte se anglicky na denní bázi
- MS Office, zejména Excel, pro vás není problém
- Jste spolehliví, samostatní a máte proaktivní přístup
