Role Summary

The intern will assist the Human Resources department by supporting HR data analysis, reporting, and the coordination of HR programs and processes. This position is ideal for individuals eager to gain experience in HR analytics and HR processes, while learning about the strategic and operational sides of HR.

Responsibilities

Data Collection & Analysis

  • Access and gather HR data from various sources to support reporting needs.
  • Draft PowerPoint slides with data-driven visuals that clearly communicate insights.
  • Derive metrics like turnover, engagement, and performance, and conduct preliminary analysis to provide insights.

Reporting & Dashboard Management

  • Create and maintain recurring HR reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency for management reviews.
  • Compile and update monthly reports.

HRBP Team Support

  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Provide administrative support to the People Partners team
  • Support HR projects, core processes and core people programs

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with a basic understanding of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, with an eagerness to develop skills in data visualization and data-driven storytelling.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
