Job Description

Power Factors is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Sales Enablement to spearhead the execution of our comprehensive Sales Enablement Function Framework. You will be responsible for accelerating revenue, shortening AE ramp times, and embedding a value-driven, AI-enabled selling culture across our global Go-To-Market (GTM) and Global Customer Operations (GCO) teams.

Reporting to the Head of GTM, you will align Product, GTM, and GCO functions to ensure our teams are equipped with the technical fluency and strategic assets needed to scale globally in the renewable energy SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities

Your work will be structured around seven core enablement pillars:

  • Onboarding & Ramp ("Renewable Rookie" Program): Reduce AE ramp time from 6 to 3 months by managing a 4-week intensive program covering the renewable ecosystem (Solar, Wind, BESS), "Unity" product certification, and MEDDPICC methodology .
  • Content & Asset Management: Develop and maintain high-impact assets, including persona-based decks for CTOs and CFOs, ROI/TCO calculators, and competitive battlecards ("Unity vs. DIY") .
  • Sales Process & Governance: Drive discipline in sales cadence, stage exit criteria, and pipeline hygiene to ensure forecast accuracy with less than 10% variance.
  • Continuous Coaching & Training: Transform the "Middle 60%" of performers through technical fluency labs, bi-weekly deal reviews, and advanced value-selling workshops.
  • Tech Stack & AI Integration: Oversee the enablement tech stack, leveraging AI for real-time coaching, deal risk flagging, and automated ROI/TCO drafting.
  • Market & Regulatory Enablement: Keep the global team ahead of industry trends, policy changes, and emerging tech like hybrid grids to preempt objections and differentiate our offerings.
  • Partner & Channel Enablement: Create partner onboarding, certifications, and co-selling motions. Track partner-generated pipeline and performance
