The role will include drafting and negotiating transaction documents and providing legal and commercial guidance to business leaders. The attorney will oversee transactions ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and should be able to handle multiple transactions concurrently. The attorney will also handle tasks such as drafting contract amendments, reviewing and advising the business regarding disputes, and managing vendor and other agreements related to the residential solar business. The candidate should have extensive experience with transactional work from start to finish. Experience with the residential solar business is preferred. This attorney will participate in complex legal matters and projects and deliver timely and quality legal services to clients with minimal supervision.
