Steigen Sie bei uns ein, werden Sie Teil unseres Teams als Resource Planner (m/w/d) und übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung dafür, dass unsere Wartungs- und Reparaturteams im Offshore-Bereich stets optimal eingesetzt sind, um alle geplanten Arbeiten effizient und zuverlässig umzusetzen.

Sie werden Teil der Abteilung Planning & Work Preparation, in der Sie gemeinsam mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen an der effizienten Planung und Koordination von Ressourcen arbeiten. Dabei tragen Sie aktiv zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Umsetzung der Wartungs- und Reparaturmaßnahmen bei und stellen sicher, dass alle notwendigen Ressourcen rechtzeitig zur Verfügung stehen

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Erstellung und Verwaltung von Einsatzplänen für das Offshore-Personal unter Berücksichtigung von Verfügbarkeiten, Projektanforderungen und rechtlichen Vorgaben
  • Sicherstellung einer optimalen Ressourcenauslastung und Reaktionsfähigkeit bei kurzfristigen Änderungen
  • Koordination und Organisation von Qualifizierungen und Trainings für das interne und externe Offshore-Personal bei unseren Trainingspartnern
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Einsatz- und Trainingsdaten sowie Unterstützung bei der Rekrutierung und Koordination von Subunternehmern.

Diese Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen bringen Sie mit

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise Erfahrung in der Offshore-Branche
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Ressourcenmanagement, Personalplanung oder Schulungsmanagement
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Planungstools, Projektmanagementtools und MS Excel
  • fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten, strukturiertes Denken und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.

Hinweis: Diese Position ist eine bürobasierten Rolle in unserem Hub in Norddeich. Wir bieten die Möglichkeit, bis zu maximal zwei Tage pro Woche im Homeoffice zu arbeiten.
