Dans ce contexte, Verkor recherche un(e) Ingénieur(e) Qualité Production en alternance à partir de septembre 2026. Vous accompagnerez la mise en œuvre des standards qualité sur un site à la pointe de l'innovation, au cœur de la transition énergétique.
Missions
- Prendre part aux contrôles qualité, assurer le suivi de la conformité des produits et contribuer à l'identification et à l'analyse des non‑conformités
- Participer aux audits du processus de fabrication des électrodes (enduit, calandrage, séchage) et rédiger les rapports
- Collecter et analyser les données SPC pour identifier les dérives et proposer des actions correctives
- Assister aux tests de caractérisation des électrodes : épaisseur, adhérence, résistivité, porosité
- Mettre à jour la documentation qualité (fiches de contrôle, standards et procédures)
- Suivre les indicateurs qualité et communiquer les résultats aux équipes production, méthodes, process, maintenance et clients internes
- Contribuer aux démarches d'amélioration continue (5S, groupes de travail, audits internes)
- Appliquer et relayer les consignes de sécurité et les bonnes pratiques sur les équipements de contrôle
Prérequis
- Préparation d'un diplôme de niveau bac+5 en qualité, génie des matériaux, génie chimique, génie des procédés, ou électrochimie
- Un intérêt marqué pour l'industrie, la production en environnement exigeant et la transition énergétique
- Compréhension des procédés de fabrication d'électrodes
- Connaissance des techniques de caractérisation (adhérence, porosité, résistivité)
- Aptitude à l'analyse statistique (SPC) et à la rédaction de rapports techniques
