Your position
As a Developer for Master Data Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to design, build, and optimize our master data framework together with our Master Data Manager. You will be the central force in creating scalable and reliable solutions based on SQL, dbt, and Snowflake, ensuring that our data foundation supports Semco Maritime's growth.

Your tasks & responsibilities
As a Data Engineer within IT Master Data, you will be responsible for building, and optimizing our master data framework.
- Design and implement dbt-based (SQL) data models for master data management.
- Build and maintain automated pipelines in ADF, ensuring high-quality and governed data flows.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to configure and design master data solutions that meet business needs.
- Conduct regular data quality checks and audits, resolving issues proactively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and enforce data standards, governance, and documentation.
Your profile & qualifications
We are looking for an outgoing and positive Data Engineer who is passionate about master data management and wants to leave their personal mark on it. You have a proactive and organised approach to your work and are eager to innovate and improve data solutions.
- Strong expertise in SQL
