Job Description
As a Warehouse Coordinator in our Transitional Energies division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our warehouse operates efficiently and smoothly. You will be responsible for managing project-related equipment, packing items for shipping, and contributing to the implementation of a digital warehouse management system.
At Semco Maritime, safety is a core value, and you will help maintain and promote a strong safety culture while supporting our journey toward digitalizing the warehouse.
Your workplace will be at our warehouse in Rumania, i either 4 day work week or 3:3 rotation
Your tasks and responsibilities
As our new logistics Coordinator, you will ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse and contribute to digitalizing our processes.
Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing project-related warehouse operations and ensuring proper handling of equipment and materials.
- Driving the digitalization of warehouse processes, including implementing a warehouse management system.
- Packing equipment for shipping with attention to accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure optimal support and workflows.
- Supporting and adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards in all activities.
- Supporting and skill train exiting personal.
- Map the end to end logistics flow
- Assessment of suppliers, review contracts and FA agreements
- Define optimization steps, including KPI dashboard
- Reduce inventory and waste
