Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Director of Talent Acquisition to lead recruiting for one of our proprietary lead generation Channels. This role is responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing high-volume recruiting strategies that drive consistent production growth.

The ideal candidate understands commission-based sales recruiting, pipeline velocity, and how to align talent strategy directly with revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting strategy for the Originator channel across multiple markets
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to forecast hiring needs aligned with growth goals
  • Build scalable sourcing engines (referrals, career fairs, digital campaigns, partnerships)
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and recruiting managers
  • Drive pipeline metrics: time-to-offer, offer-to-show, cost-per-hire, and 90-day retention
  • Implement structured interview and selection processes to improve quality-of-hire
  • Create employer branding initiatives targeted toward commission-driven sales talent
  • Optimize CRM/ATS workflows to improve recruiter productivity and reporting visibility

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, including high-volume sales recruiting
  • 3+ years leading TA teams in performance-driven environments
  • Proven success recruiting commission-based or 1099 sales professionals
