We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to support our employees and strengthen our HR operations.
In this role, you will contribute to a professional, supportive, and well‑structured work environment while ensuring a high standard of service across all HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading the full spectrum of HR administration, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and employment changes
- Managing and securely maintaining all employee documentation across the entire employee lifecycle
- Overseeing international payroll operations in partnership with external providers, ensuring accuracy and smooth annual tax processes
- Liaising with state authorities on work permits, certifications, and other employment-related documentation
- Ensuring full compliance with legal requirements and internal policies
- Driving and continuously improving HR processes aligned with our HRIS
- Delivering precise, timely reporting on key HR metrics (FTEs, compensation, turnover, benefits, etc.)
- Maintaining a clear and up-to-date organisational structure, including org charts and the active directory
- Coordinating seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences
- Providing day-to-day HR support and contribute to broader HR initiatives and projects
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role with international scope
- Professional proficiency in Czech and English
- Experience with payroll preparation
- Strong knowledge of the Czech Labour Code, familiarity with Polish/Hungarian/Romanian employment legislation is a significant advantage
- Experience working with HRIS and advanced proficiency in Excel
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills
- Highly organised and able to work independently
- Ability to remain effective in demanding or fast-paced situations
