En Fronius España ofrecemos una oportunidad laboral para el área Solar & Energy.
¿Cuáles serían tus funciones?
- Brindar un excelente y oportuno servicio de atención al cliente a nivel nacional mediante consultoría técnica y asistencia a clientes (representantes de ventas, proveedores de servicios financieros, instaladores), incluyendo asistencia preventa, dimensionamiento y monitorización de sistemas fotovoltaicos.
- Asistir en casos de soporte técnico por teléfono o correo electrónico, así como in situ cuando sea necesario.
- Capacitar a clientes (realizar seminarios) en la empresa o in situ.
- Crear material técnico y de capacitación.
- Asistir en ferias comerciales o exposiciones nacionales.
- Interactuar con el Soporte Técnico Internacional.
¿Qué buscamos?
Habilidades y requisitos:
- Formación/Diplomado en electrónica.
- Se valorará formación y/o conocimientos en energías renovables.
- Experiencia profesional en atención al cliente, reparación y servicio posventa.
- Orientación al cliente
- Actitud proactiva con capacidad para resolver problemas y brindar un excelente asesoramiento técnico.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
- Sólidos conocimientos de MS Office, incluyendo MS Dynamics CRM.
- Conocimientos técnicos y ganas de aprender.
- Disposición para viajes
Idiomas
- Idioma nacional como lengua materna
- Inglés hablado y escrito, incluyendo vocabulario técnico
- Se valorará alemán básico
