We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Associate Regional Manager (ARM) to join our team in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. In this role, the ARM will promote grid-tied inverters, target potential customers and generate leads with the help of a team that typically consists of Area Business Managers. This role will work on engaging customers effectively to run overall sales in the assigned regions.
What you will be expected to do
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand Sun King's customer base and solidify its presence.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully mentoring a team of Area Business Managers.
- Build business by organizing sales visits for existing leads, identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Identify business opportunities by identifying new channels and channel partners.
- Sell by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending and upselling solutions.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing service, information, and guidance, recommending profit and service improvements.
- Manage the sales process through software programs used in Sun King.
You might be a strong candidate if you have/are
- A bachelor's degree in any field. An MBA is an added advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in direct to customer (D2C) sales.
- 2+ years of team mentoring experience.
- Language proficiency of English and Hindi.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and customer service capabilities.
- Knowledge of solar energy and renewable technologies would be advantage.
- Must be based out of, or willing to relocate to Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
