Der Servicetechniker wird unsere Brennstoffzellenprodukte, die derzeit in elektrischen Gabelstaplern verbaut werden, unterstützen, und die vorbeugende Wartung und die Behebung von Störungen durchführen. Diese Position wird für die Installation und den Service von Brennstoffzellen an einem bestimmten Standort, sowie die Meldung von Störfällen, die Bestellung von Ersatzteilen und die Wartung von Brennstoffzellen verantwortlich sein. Diese Position erfordert ein hohes Maß an Kontakt zu Kundenpersonal und den Bedienern von elektrischen Gabelstaplern und muss daher von einer Person mit ausgezeichneten technischen Fähigkeiten sowie Kommunikations-, zwischenmenschlichen und motivierenden Fähigkeiten besetzt werden.

Kernaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Wartung und Service von Brennstoffzellen beim Kunden.
  • Durchführung von Diagnosen, Fehlersuche und Auswertungen zur Instandhaltung der Flotte an einem bestimmten Standort.
  • Durchführung spezieller Serviceverfahren, einschließlich Nachrüstungen vor Ort und Software- und Hardware-Aufrüstung für bestehende Brennstoffzellen.
  • Bereitschaftsdienst und Notfall-Betreuung für Kunden nach Bedarf
  • Einkauf von Werkzeugen, Geräten und Teilen für den Kundendienst und Betreuung nach Bedarf.

Ausbildung und Erfahrung
