Das erwartet Dich

In deiner Rolle unterstützt du den Category Manager im Tagesgeschäft sowie bei strategischen und operativen Aufgaben. Dabei arbeitest du mit verschiedenen internen und externen Schnittstellen zusammen und trägst zur Optimierung unserer Einkaufsprozesse bei. Die Position kann hybrid von einem unserer Standorte in Berlin, Hamburg oder Hirschberg an der Bergstraße ausgeübt werden und bietet dir gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit zum mobilen Arbeiten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung operativer Aufgaben innerhalb einer unserer Einkaufskategorien
  • Analyse und Erfassung von Bedarfen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen
  • Durchführung von Angebots- und Marktrecherchen sowie umfangreichen Ausschreibungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Betreuung von Rahmen- und Projektverträgen
  • Mitwirkung bei Lieferantenbewertungen, -entwicklungen und -reviews
  • Aufbereitung, Pflege und Steuerung von Unterlagen, Daten und Dokumentationen

Wen wir suchen

  • Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Projektgeschäft, idealerweise bei einem EPC-Anbieter, einem Generalunternehmen oder Zulieferer der Solarbranche
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Einkauf von elektronischen Komponenten oder Bauleistungen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zwingend erforderlich
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Serviceorientierung
