Senior Data Manager

Job Description

OX2 TCM is now looking for a Senior Data Manager to lead the development and evolution of our data processing, monitoring, analytics and visualization capabilities. This role is key in strengthening our analytics, improving data quality processes, and supporting operational decision-making across our wind farm portfolio.

Your Responsibilities

As Senior Data Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining data tools and systems that support monitoring, reporting, and operational analytics.

You will work closely with the Reporting & Monitoring team and other stakeholders to ensure reliable, scalable, and insightful data solutions that support efficient renewable energy asset operations. You report to the Head of Reporting, Analysis and Monitoring.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing, improving, and operating OX2 TCM's in-house reporting, analysis and monitoring solutions
• Evaluating and implementing new tools, technologies, and analytics solutions
• Designing dashboards and data tools that streamline team workflows
• Improving data quality assurance and validation processes
• Enhancing and developing the site activity follow-up system
• Supporting the development and maintenance of analytics and data retrieval codebases
• Supporting the maintenance and improvement of database solutions
• Acting as a key stakeholder for subcontractors related to data integration, storage, and analytics
• Assisting Reporting and Monitoring Managers and Assistants in their day-to-day work

You will also participate in the emergency reaction procedures for wind farm operations. If an emergency occurs outside office hours (for example HSE incidents or major grid failures), you may be asked-when practically possible-to initiate relevant response actions from the OX2 TCM side to inform stakeholders and minimize potential damage.

Qualifications

• Has strong experience in data management, analytics, or data engineering
• Is skilled in building data pipelines, dashboards, and monitoring systems with Python
• Has experience working with databases and data integration (PostgreSQL)
• Experience developing web applications with Next.js (React) Is comfortable working with analytics and visualization tools
• Enjoys improving processes and creating efficient, scalable solutions
• Has a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills
• Works well in cross-functional teams
• Experience in renewable energy, wind energy, or asset management is considered a strong advantage.
