Scheduler
Job Description
As our Scheduler, you'll be the go-to person for coordinating appointments, managing technician schedules, and communicating with customers. This role is critical to keeping our projects on track and ensuring a positive experience for every homeowner we serve. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate site visits, installations, inspections, and service calls
- Manage technician calendars to ensure efficient routing and workload balance
- Communicate daily with customers regarding appointment times, updates, or reschedules
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all scheduling requirements are met
- Update project timelines and status reports in scheduling systems
- Anticipate and resolve conflicts or delays in scheduling
- Maintain accurate documentation of all appointments and interactions
- Deliver top-notch customer service via phone, email, and in-person communication
Qualifications/Requirements
- A hard worker with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable using scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and office software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in scheduling, dispatching, or administrative coordination
- Previous experience in solar, construction, or field service industry a plus
