La mission sera effectuée au sein du Département Études et Développement, rattaché à la Direction du Développement.Encadré par le Directeur Projets à Lyon et assisté par la cheffe de projets régionale, vous participerez aux missions suivantes :Identifier des sites propices au développement de centrales photovoltaïques au sol.Prendre contact avec les propriétaires fonciers et leur présenter les projets.Participer aux négociations et obtentions des signatures des contrats pour la maîtrise foncière des projets.Participer aux démarches de concertation et obtenir l'acceptabilité locale des projets (rencontre des élus, riverains, services de l'état),Participer au développement de projets y compris agrivoltaïques avec les agriculteurs et les instances agricoles, administratives et politiques du territoire.Assister l'équipe dans les demandes d'autorisations administratives et assurer le suivi de leur instruction avec les services de l'Etat jusqu'à l'obtention des permis.Formation et Expérience :En cours de formation Bac + 5, en école de commerce, d'urbanisme, d'aménagement du territoire, de maîtrise d'ouvrage, d'agronomie ou en lien avec la négociation, le développement de projets et/ou les énergies renouvelables.Une bonne connaissance du domaine des énergies renouvelables et en particulier le domaine du photovoltaïque est appréciée Savoir-faire :Connaissance en urbanisme et en aménagement du territoireConnaissance du domaine photovoltaïqueConnaissance dans le domaine du montage et suivi de projets Savoir être :Rigoureux,Aisance relationnelle,Sens de la négociationAisance à l'oralProactivité
