Afin d'accompagner notre développement, nous recherchons un.e Chef.fe d'Equipe Photovoltaïque sur Bordeaux.

Vous serez le support opérationnel dans les activités de maintenance. Vous animerez, formerez et encadrerez une équipe de techniciens O&M.

Rattaché.e au Superviseur O&M, dans le respect des procédures de travail, de sécurité et des plannings d'intervention vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Formation technique données aux techniciens.
  • Participation sur le terrain pour support technique (maintenances préventives et correctives)
  • Intervenir sur les expertises pour correctifs/sinistres.
  • Contrôle des procédures de travail et QHSE
  • Animer les différentes équipes opérationnelles.
  • Organiser les approvisionnements : commandes, achats, stocks.
  • Contrôle mensuel, stock voiture, outillage, EPI, entretien véhicule + MAJ des outils soumis à calibration sur le logiciel utilisé
  • Participer à l'étude et planification des travaux repowering.
  • Suivi des plannings de maintenance.
  • Contrôle et envoi des rapports.
  • Synthétisation et classement des instructions

Des déplacements fréquents sont à prévoir sur la zone Ouest / Nord-Ouest, ainsi que ponctuellement sur l'ensemble du territoire national.

Des astreintes occasionnelles le week-end (samedi et dimanche) pourront être demandées.

Le poste est à pourvoir dès que possible dans le cadre d'un contrat de travail CDI.

Profil recherché

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un BAC PRO et/ou d'un BTS électrotechnique ou équivalant
  • Vous avez une expérience d'au moins 5 ans en maintenance industrielle ou maintenance électrique. Une première expérience dans la gestion d'équipe est souhaitée.
  • Le poste requiert des connaissances HT et BT.
  • Vous maîtrisez le Pack office.
  • Vous êtes reconnu.e pour vos prises initiative et de capacité d'adaptation. Organisé.e, rigoureux.se et à l'écoute, vous assurer efficacement la gestion de la relation client dans le cadre d'une intervention de maintenance.
  • Motivée et dynamique, vous appréciez le travail en équipe. Dotée d'un bon relationnel, vous respectez vos collaborateurs ainsi que les consignes de santé, de sécurité et le règlement intérieur.
  • La maîtrise de l'anglais ou de l'espagnol est un plus.
