Du möchtest praktische Erfahrung im Fuhrparkmanagement sammeln und suchst eine abwechslungsreiche Werkstudentenstelle?
Du organisierst gerne, behältst auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick und arbeitest gern im Team?
Dann unterstütze unser Fuhrparkmanagement - von der Erstellung und Konfiguration von Dienstfahrzeugen bis hin zur Annahme und Auslieferung. Freu dich auf vielfältige Aufgaben und spannende Einblicke in ein dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld.
Deine Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung und Koordination unseres Dienstwagen-Fuhrparks
- Prüfung von Leasing- und Mietwagenrechnungen anhand unserer Fahrzeuglisten
- Einholen und Vergleichen von Leasingangeboten
- Pflege und Verwaltung von Verträgen und fahrzeugbezogenen Daten im System
- Bearbeitung des zentralen E-Mail-Postfachs sowie allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Prozesse im Fuhrparkmanagement
Wen wir suchen
- Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in (Bachelor/Master) in BWL, Logistik, Personalmanagement oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang
- Erste Berührungspunkte mit ERP-Systemen sind von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Du arbeitest zuverlässig, organisiert und bringst gerne eigene Ideen ein
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen dich aus
- Du hast einen gültigen Führerschein Klasse B
