Deine Aufgaben

  • Du nimmst Störungsmeldungen entgegen und dokumentierst sie im Ticketsystem (Jira)
  • Du übernimmst Support und Troubleshooting
  • Du richtest IT‑Systeme im Windows‑Umfeld ein und betreibst sowie verwaltest sie
  • Du konzipierst technische Lösungen
  • Du administrierst die Client‑ und Serverlandschaft
  • Du unterstützt aktiv Infrastruktur‑ und Applikationsprojekte (z. B. Rollouts, MDM)

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene IT‑Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du kennst dich gut mit Betriebssystemen, MS‑Office und Windows‑Client/Server‑Umgebungen aus
  • Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse mit
  • Du bist serviceorientiert und kommunizierst klar
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, bist lernbereit und arbeitest gerne im Team
