Description

We are now expanding our residential services team and are seeking to fill a key position - Senior Residential Sales Representative. In general, the ambitious individual in this position is expected to:

  1. Identify and prospect potential residential clients through inbound leads provided by the Company, as well as by their own networking, referrals, and other lead generation techniques.

We are now expanding our commercial services team and are seeking to fill a key position - Commercial Project Developer. In general, the ambitious individual in this position is expected to:

Compensation is in the form of commissions against a non-recoverable draw of $52,000 to $80,000 per year, depending upon documentable experience. Separate substantial bonuses are available to applicants who bring pre-existing prospective deals to the Company when hired
