Wir suchen eine aufgeschlossene und serviceorientierte Person als IT-Support Coordinator Operations (m/w/d), die als lokaler Ansprechpartner für unsere Fachbereiche fungiert und als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT agiert. In dieser Rolle trägst du maßgeblich zu einem reibungslosen IT‑Support bei und unterstützt die Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Regional Center bei allen IT‑bezogenen Anliegen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung, Analyse und Priorisierung von IT‑Störungen und Serviceanfragen sowie deren strukturierte Eskalation an nachgelagerte Supporteinheiten
  • Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Bereitstellung von Laptops und IT‑Hardware inklusive Unterstützung beim On‑ und Offboarding von Mitarbeitenden
  • Verantwortung für das Lizenz‑ und Assetmanagement einschließlich Pflege und Steuerung des gesamten IT‑Life‑Cycle‑Managements
  • Schulung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden im Umgang mit IT‑Systemen sowie der Erstellung von Anwenderdokumentationen, Anleitungen und technischer Kommunikation

Wen wir suchen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT‑Umfeld oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im First-Level- / IT‑Support von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 sowie im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen (z. B. Jira)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
