Als Specialist Systems & Accounting (m/w/d) spielst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Weiterentwicklung unserer Finanzprozesse. Du vereinst fachliche Accounting-Expertise mit systemischem Verständnis und arbeitest eng mit nationalen und internationalen Einheiten zusammen. Du gestaltest du automatisierte Abläufe aktiv mit und trägst wesentlich zur Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit unserer Finanzdaten bei.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Operative Finanzbuchhaltung inkl. Hauptbuch, Anlagenbuchhaltung, Vorratsbewertung sowie Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse und Reporting
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Steuermeldungen, Überwachung der Steuerkonten
  • Betreuung des Rechnungseingangsprozesses sowie Bearbeitung von Reisekosten
  • Steuerung und Kontrolle automatisierter Bankenbuchungen sowie automatisierter Intercompany-Abstimmungen
  • Betreuung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Systeme, Module und Schnittstellen von CSS eGecko
  • Betreuung der Reisekostenmodule
  • Rollout der Systeme in weiteren Ländern (z.B. UK) sowie Erstellung von Feasibility-Studien (z. B. Kanada)
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen und Schulungsunterlagen sowie Trainings zu CSS eGecko
  • Unterstützung der Teilkonzernberichterstattung und Konsolidierung

Wen wir suchen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Accounting/Finance
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung oder im Rechnungswesen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Hauptbuchprozessen sowie Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Erfahrung im Einsatz von FiBu‑Systemen, insbesondere CSS eGecko, im Zusammenspiel mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise APplus)
  • Hohe IT‑Affinität und Interesse an Prozessautomatisierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Schnittstellen, digitalen Buchungsprozessen und Stammdatenpflege
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
