In deiner Rolle unterstützt du den Zentraleinkauf im Tagesgeschäft bei der operativen Bestellabwicklung und baust sukzessive ein ganzheitliches Verständnis der Funktionsmöglichkeiten unseres ERP-Systems auf. Unser gemeinsames Ziel ist es, unsere Supply-Chain Prozesse stärker über unser ERP-System abzubilden, um diese besser planen und steuern zu können. Du wirst eng mit den Bereichen Einkauf und Logistik zusammenarbeiten und dadurch zur Optimierung unserer Beschaffungsprozesse beitragen. Dich erwarten ein interkulturelles, hochmotiviertes Team und vielfältige Möglichkeiten der beruflichen Weiterentwicklung in einem industriellen Wachstumsmarkt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Ganzheitliche Bearbeitung operativer Einkaufsprozesse (Purchase-to-Pay) von der Angebotseinholung bis zur Rechnungsprüfung
  • Pflege von Lieferanten- und Materialstammdaten sowie Sicherstellung der termingerechten Materialverfügbarkeit
  • Abstimmung mit Lieferanten und internen Fachabteilungen sowie Überwachung von Lieferterminen
  • Mitarbeit entlang angrenzender Prozesse in Lager, Logistik und Supply Chain (z. B. Wareneingang, Bestandsführung, Disposition und Bedarfsplanung)
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Einkaufs- und SCM-Prozessen im ERP-System

Wen wir suchen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbar)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung im Einkauf oder in der Materialwirtschaft
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise AP Plus (Beschaffung, Lager & Logistik, SCM)
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel)
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
