Das erwartet Dich

Als Team Lead Electrical Engineering (m/w/d) verantwortest Du die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams Electrical Engineering mit Fokus auf PV-Freiflächenanlagen, BESS-Systemen und Netzanschlusskonzepten. Du steuerst die elektrotechnische Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten, koordinierst interne und externe Schnittstellen und stellst die Einhaltung technischer, normativer und wirtschaftlicher Anforderungen sicher.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Teams Electrical Engineering
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Normen, Richtlinien und gesetzlicher Vorgaben (z. B. VDE, IEC, TAB)
  • Ausbau des Teams im Bereich BESS und Netzanschluss/Umspannwerke
  • Technische Bewertung von Konzepten, Angeboten und Lieferanten sowie Begleitung der Inbetriebnahme
  • Unterstützung der Kunden und des Vertriebs durch technische Abstimmung mit Netzbetreibern, Behörden, Gutachtern und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
  • Prozessoptimierung und Standardisierung

Wen wir suchen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektroingenieurswesen, Mechatronik, Erneuerbare Energien oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung innerhalb der PV-Branche
  • Erfahrung mit der elektrotechnischen Auslegung und Installation von PV-Anlagen sowie NS-/MS-Schaltanlagen und Netzanschlüssen
  • Kenntnisse in AutoCAD und idealerweise PowerFactory
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohes Maß an Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz
  • Analytische Denkweise sowie Erfahrung in der Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und Konfliktfähigkeit
