Nous recherchons actuellement un.e stagiaire pour rejoindre notre équipe Technical Cleanliness, au sein du département Compliance Quality basé dans notre Gigafactory à Bourbourg dès mars / avril 2026, pour une durée de 6 mois.
Vous participerez activement à définir, appliquer et faire progresser les standards de Technical Cleanliness dans nos opérations et nos environnements de production.
Missions principales
- Participer à l'analyse de particules en utilisant des systèmes automatisés dédiés à la Technical Cleanliness
- Contribuer à la réalisation de tests d'extraction de Technical Cleanliness sur divers composants
- Manipuler les consommables de laboratoire, filtres, produits chimiques et équipements nécessaires aux analyses des procédures de Technical Cleanliness
- Enregistrer les données d'analyse conformément aux protocoles internes propres à la Technical Cleanliness
- Aider à la préparation des rapports d'essais, des graphiques d'analyses particulaires et des synthèses associées
- Assurer la mise à jour et la gestion des documents liés à la Technical Cleanliness dans les bases de données numériques/Sharepoint
- Maintenir la propreté et l'organisation des zones de laboratoire ainsi que des équipements
- Apporter un soutien lors des audits internes et à la rédaction des rapports
Pré-requis
- Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme Bac+5 dans un domaine technique (sciences des matériaux, chimie, qualité, génie industriel...).
- Vous faites preuve d'une grande attention au détail et d'une capacité à suivre précisément les procédures
- Compréhension de base des équipements de laboratoire et des techniques de mesure
- Aisance avec l'utilisation de microscopes et d'outils d'analyse
- Bonnes compétences en communication en français et en anglais (niveau B1 minimum)
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques Microsoft Word, Excel et PowerPoint.
