Your Position

Your position will be developer in Semco Maritime's IT organization supporting our international organisation. You will work closely with the business to design and deliver valued applications enabling them to optimize and improve processes and continuously improving our digital services.

We work in an agile setup with regular ceremonies to ensure transparency and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with developers in Esbjerg, Denmark, and colleagues around the globe. Your place of work will be at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg, the hub of the Danish energy industry, right on the waterfront - views do not get any better than this. The position is full-time, and you can expect to travel up to ten days per year.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and operate full-stack, cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure using .NET (C#) and modern front-end technologies.
  • Take ownership of solutions end-to-end, from requirements to deployment and operation.
  • Develop secure, API-based integrations and apply modern architecture and security best practices.
  • Ensure high quality through automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate closely with the team and leverage AI where it creates measurable value.

Your Profile & Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong back-end experience with .NET (C#), ASP.NET Core, and front-end experience like React/TypeScript.
