Vos missions

  • Organiser, structurer et maintenir les référentiels documentaires des deux projets.
  • Mettre en place ou optimiser les workflows documentaires (GED, ECM).
  • Assurer le suivi et la traçabilité des exigences techniques contractuelles : import, allocation, conformité, reporting.
  • Développer des scripts ou outils internes (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript...) pour automatiser des tâches documentaires ou d'analyse.
  • Contribuer à l'intégration d'outils d'IA : OCR, extraction automatique, classification intelligente, analyse d'exigences.
  • Participer à la rédaction de procédures et bonnes pratiques.
  • Travailler en lien direct avec les équipes techniques, qualité et contractuelles.

Démarrage

Pour une intégration optimale dans nos projets, un démarrage entre avril et juin est idéal pour un stage de fin d'études.

Profil recherché

  • Étudiant(e) en informatique, documentation, data, ingénierie ou équivalent.
  • À l'aise avec la gestion documentaire et les outils numériques.
  • Compétences en programmation (Python apprécié).
  • Intérêt pour l'IA appliquée aux documents et aux exigences techniques.
  • Rigueur, autonomie, sens de l'organisation et goût pour le travail en équipe.
  • Une première expérience en gestion d'exigences (DOORS, Polarion, Jama...) est un plus.
