Als Mitglied von #TeamRWE bist du Teil eines multidisziplinären O&M-Teams, das für den sicheren und zuverlässigen Betrieb des Windparks sorgt. Du planst, bereitest vor und führst Inspektionen und Wartungsarbeiten durch, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf den Fundamenten und den Offshore-Umspannwerken sowie auf den üblichen Wartungsarbeiten an der gesamten Infrastruktur des Windparks liegt.
Du arbeitest offshore von einem SOV aus im 14/14-Schichtmodell; der Hafenstandort ist Eemshaven /NL.
Die Rolle
- In erster Linie führst du Inspektionen und Wartungsarbeiten an elektrischen und mechanischen Komponenten wie Fundamenten und Umspannwerken durch sowie langfristige Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Windkraftanlagen nach Ablauf der SMA-Laufzeit.
- Dokumentation sowie die Erstellung von Folgeaufträgen und die Erfassung in SAP (spezifische Tools etc.)
- Einhaltung von Arbeitsschutzvorschriften und HSE-Standards
- Starker Fokus auf verhaltensbasierte Sicherheit und Sicherheitskultur
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Überprüfung von betriebsrelevanten Dokumentationen (z. B. Wartungshandbücher, RAMS etc.)
- Bedarfsorientierter Support am Bürostandort in Jemgum / Lager in Eemshaven
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Elektriker / Mechatroniker oder Mechaniker (EFK)
- Kenntnisse der relevanten deutschen Vorschriften und Richtlinien (z. B. DIN VDE 0105-100, ArbSchG, DGUV, TRBS, BetrSichV)
- Gültige Offshore-Ausbildung nach GWO-Standards
- Hohes Sicherheitsbewusstsein, Bereitschaft, Verfahren und Anweisungen strikt zu befolgen und aktiv zu einer starken Sicherheitskultur beizutragen
- Körperliche Fitness und medizinische Eignung für Offshore-Arbeit und Arbeiten in der Höhe (gemäß GWO / arbeitsmedizinischen Anforderungen)
- Teamplayer mit proaktiver und lösungsorientierter Denkweise sowie einer strukturierten und zuverlässigen Arbeitsweise
- Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Arbeit in 14/14-Schichten auf der SOV, Einsatzhafen ist Eemshaven NL
