As our industry continues to develop, so do we! We are now looking for a Senior Technical Sales Engineer to help strengthen the strategic approach to technical solutions.
What will you do?
As our new Senior Technical Sales Engineer, you will oversee and conduct advanced tender-stage engineering tasks, including vessel positioning analyses, complex stability assessments, and lifting plans for proposed solutions. You will also develop and review technical scopes for subcontractor RFPs, ensuring thorough evaluation of proposals, while representing the company in client meetings to address technical matters, clarify bid specifications, and align on and negotiate technical deliverables.
Your main tasks include:
- Interpret, prepare, and oversee the development of detailed technical documentation for tender submissions, including comprehensive method statements, engineering reports, project schedules, technical drawings, layouts, and other (visual) aids.
- Perform detailed waiting-on-weather simulations and integrate findings into project scheduling.
- Prepare accurate, timely and competitive cost estimates for technical solutions, soliciting quotations from subcontractors and coordinating with internal experts to evaluate the reusability of equipment and tools.
- Lead the development of advanced technical templates, tools, and methodologies to streamline future tendering processes.
- Act as a key communicator with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Project Engineering, HSEQ, Clients, and Suppliers) to gather comprehensive data and ensure technically compliant tender submissions.
- Analyze client documentation, extracting critical information for use in technical preparation.

We think you will be a good match if you:
- BSc or MSc in Engineering, Naval Architecture, Offshore Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering roles within the Wind or Offshore Sector, with proven expertise in technical sales and tender processes or similar.
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD 2D or similar drafting software.
- Experience with the specification of Piling Hammers and installation methods
- Experience with Geotechnical studies and data.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English.
