As we continue to grow, we are now seeking to strengthen our Operations and Asset Management team with a Control Centre Commercial Manager based from either our Glasgow, Stirling or Castle Douglas site locations.
Our Team
Our Operations and Asset Management team manage over 200 renewable sites across the UK and Europe. Site management is delivered by our asset managers, regional field team and in-house technical experts. Our in-house ControlCentre provides a wealth of services including health and safety coordination, grid code services, 24/7 monitoring and high voltage support. The servicing and repair technicians also form an integral part of the Operations and Asset Management team, working closely with analysts and engineers to schedule maintenance work.
Purpose of Role
The Control Centre Commercial Manager has responsibility for reporting weekly, monthly and annually on project performance for all Control Centre service contracts; manage the bid and contract delivery process and support the Head of ControlCentre as a leading member of the ControlCentre management team.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- To ensure all Control Centre contractual service requirements are identified, recorded and communicated to the Control Centre team.
- Lead the Bid Management and contract onboarding processes with reference to pricing to scope and contractual accuracy
- Coordination of all Control Centre project requirements (including expiration; novation; renewal)
- Proactive in providing written and oral responses to real-time commercial enquiries
- Provide accurate staff resource allocations (monthly/quarterly/annually)
- Analyse and provide accurate reports on revenue and revenue projections for projects to support financial forecasts (weekly/monthly)
- Ensure all invoicing for additional services is completed in a timely fashion
- Provide all relevant information to support monthly Financial Reporting, notably on all invoicing, WIP, and debtors
- To utilise and identify improvements to internal systems for producing accurate information on project performance
- Support other members of the Control Centre management team, particularly in their absence
To interface with Business Development team supporting all requirements for IFS projects
This is a Permanent, Full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
