Your Missions

We are looking for a HR Generalist to support our activity in Spain. This is a temporary position covering a maternity leave, with an estimated duration of 8-9 months.

As HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting employees and the business across all core HR activities in Spain:

  • Support the implementation, communication and application of HR policies, procedures and internal rules in line with Group guidelines and local legislation.
  • Act as a business partner for managers and employees, providing day-to-day HR advice on people-related matters.
  • Manage and support the full recruitment process (relations with universities, recruitment agencies and head-hunters), including onboarding and integration of new hires.
  • Coordinate payroll-related activities, preparing and verifying HR data to be submitted to the external payroll provider.
  • Supervise and support the preparation of employment contracts, HR administration and legal documentation, ensuring compliance with Spanish labor law.
  • Ensure full compliance with social, legal and regulatory obligations, and manage interactions with public institutions and external entities.
  • Support performance management, training and people development processes in accordance with Group HR standards.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports, KPIs and official surveys required by authorities or internal stakeholders.
  • Manage potential employee relations matters and legal issues, in coordination with internal and external partners.

Qualifications & Experiences

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations or similar.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role, ideally in an international environment.
  • Solid knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR administration.
  • Experience coordinating with payroll providers.
  • fluent (written & spoken).
  • Experience or exposure to QHSE is a plus.
