Job Description

As Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for the preparation and management of maritime related topics as well general back office duties related to our offshore project Nordseecluster.

You will report to the O&M Hub Manager. Work location will be Eemshaven/NL.

About the role

  • Preparation of Port calls (bi-weekly shift pattern) in close collaboration with the SOV management to fulfill internal processes and offshore regulations
  • Overall tracking of training status (offshore staff) and management of training bookings at our preferred training provider
  • Management of the daily operations at site base (visitors, site inductions, audits, events)
  • Support efficient shift planning in close collaboration with the Offshore Leadership Team
  • Onboarding support for new colleagues (Trainings, IT Equipment, PPE)
  • Ensuring a smooth interaction of the different shifts as well as continuous optimization of shift handovers
  • Strong collaboration and back-up in the NSC Commercial team
  • Support PR / PO creation and process

Job requirements and experience

  • Completed business management training or comparable experiences
  • At least 5 years' experience in terms of crew change planning in the maritime industry
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills to ensure effective operations
  • In-depth experience in managing and support staff across multiple levels
  • Knowledge of commercial tasks and duties
  • Fluent language skills in English and Dutch
