Préparer, organiser et suivre au quotidien les activités de plusieurs chantiers photovoltaïques, en assurant la coordination des équipes, la gestion des moyens techniques et logistiques, le respect des délais, des normes de sécurité et la satisfaction client.

Missions

Organisation et planification

  • Préparer et organiser les chantiers selon les normes de sécurité.
  • Identifier les moyens techniques, matériels et financiers nécessaires.
  • Planifier les ressources (personnel, matériel, équipements).
  • Tenir à jour les plannings d'avancement des travaux.

Coordination et supervision

  • Coordonner les interventions des équipes sur le terrain.
  • Superviser les installateurs, techniciens et autres intervenants.
  • Recruter, former et encadrer le personnel de chantier.
  • Anticiper les problèmes et proposer des solutions.

Suivi et relation client

  • Suivre l'avancement des travaux et assurer la conformité aux spécifications.
