Job Description
You already know that delivering wind energy projects is complex, fast-paced, and highly cross-functional. Success depends on strong planning, clear communication, and the ability to keep multiple stakeholders aligned - from client to site teams.
If you have experience in managing technical projects in energy, infrastructure, or construction and you are ready to take full end-to-end ownership of project delivery, this role might be for you.
We are looking for a Project Manager for the North & Central Europe (NCE) region who can confidently lead international wind projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and within budget - while maintaining strong client relationships and commercial discipline throughout the entire lifecycle.

Your qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management within wind energy, infrastructure, construction, or industrial sectors
- Experience in international, multi-site projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract execution
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects in a dynamic environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working closely with clients in a delivery or execution environment
- Very good command of English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel) and experience with project systems (e.g. ERP, SharePoint, or similar tools)
- Willingness to travel and work on-site internationally as required
- Valid driving licence required
- Higher education in Engineering, Project Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field is considered an advantage
- Professional certifications (e.g. PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2) and experience in wind energy or renewable sectors are a strong advantage
- Experience with digital project tools and process optimization is an additional plus
Your Role
- Lead the development of project execution concepts and overall project planning in close collaboration with clients and key internal stakeholders (Sales, Engineering, Finance, Site Management)
- Take full ownership of wind project delivery from planning through execution to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and HSE targets are achieved
- Coordinate resources, subcontractors, tools, and equipment to ensure seamless and efficient execution across all project phases
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost control, and overall financial performance throughout the project lifecycle
- Act as the primary client interface during execution, ensuring clear communication, alignment on scope, progress, and timely resolution of issues
- Manage risks, changes, delays, and commercial matters (including variations and EoT claims) to safeguard project outcomes and contractual position
- Ensure full compliance with HSE, quality, contractual, and legal requirements, while driving continuous improvement through project reviews and lessons learned
