- Develop and execute comprehensive distribution channel sales strategies to expand our market presence across Germany.
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic partners, cultivating strong, lasting relationships with key distributors and installers.
- Increase market share and significantly grow sales revenue within the German distribution channels.
- Prepare precise sales forecasts, comprehensive KPI reports, and market analyses for leadership to guide strategic decisions.
- Monitor competitive landscapes, customer activities, and regulatory changes to adapt commercial strategies and enhance our value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product management, to ensure alignment and effective channel support.
Your profile

- Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
- Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in distribution or channel sales, preferably within the renewable energy or inverter industry.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies and exceeding targets.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and forecast sales trends.
- Be prepared for regular travel within Germany to meet business demands and foster partner relationships.
- Show strong self-motivation, excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, and a proactive, strategic mindset.
- German C2 proficiency and English C1 proficiency are required.
