Job Description

The Solar O&M Repowering / Projects Coordinator will provide administrative and coordination support to the Solar Operations, Repowering, and Projects teams. The role is critical in ensuring the smooth planning, execution, and reporting of repowering and project activities across the portfolio.

This position will act as a central point of coordination between internal teams (Operations, Projects, SHEQ, Asset Management) and external stakeholders (contractors, suppliers, and clients), ensuring that all activities are well-organised, compliant, and delivered efficiently.

What you will do

Project & Repowering Coordination

  • Support the planning and coordination of repowering and project activities across multiple solar sites.
  • Maintain and track project programmes, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Assist with the mobilisation of sites, including documentation, access planning, and logistics.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of works.
  • Track progress of works and highlight risks, delays, or issues to the Projects team.

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative support to the Solar O&M Repowering and Projects teams.
  • Organise and maintain project documentation, ensuring accurate version control.
  • Prepare meeting packs, minutes, and action trackers.
  • Support the preparation of reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Maintain trackers for budgets, purchase orders, and project costs.

CDM / SHEQ Support

  • Assist with the coordination of CDM requirements, including:

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data across internal systems.
  • Support performance reporting against KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
  • Assist with compiling lessons learned and continuous improvement actions.

Procurement & Commercial Support

  • Assist with raising purchase orders and tracking approvals.
  • Support procurement processes including supplier onboarding and coordination.
