In this role, you will contribute to impactful projects, collaborate with experienced professionals and help drive the technical excellence that defines the Photon Water Team. Key Responsibilities
- Designing water treatment and industrial technology systems, including process schemes and flows
- Selecting materials, sorption media, filtration media and chemicals for water applications
- Applying physical and chemical water treatment principles across key technologies (filtration, membranes, coagulation, disinfection)
- Contributing to all project phases from offer preparation to commissioning and handover
- Supporting pilot testing, operational optimization and providing technical input for project closure
- Cooperating with Production and providing technical support during manufacturing and assembly
- Participating in service activities across Water Treatment, Lake Management, Remediation and Wells & Resources
- Preparing documentation and supporting standardization and knowledge sharing
- Ensuring technical quality and continuity throughout the full project lifecycle
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in at least one of the following: water management, drinking water or wastewater treatment, or construction-related works
- Experience with commissioning, operation, service, troubleshooting, or cost optimization/value engineering is an advantage
- University degree in a relevant technical field
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Category B driving licence and active driving experience
- Willingness to travel within the Czech Republic and abroad
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and collaborate
- Independent, responsible and results-oriented working style
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong client-focused mindset with the ability to understand needs and propose solutions
- Strategic and analytical thinking, including strong data-analysis skills
