Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmensplanung und der Jahresbudgets in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
  • Interner Ansprechpartner zur Beratung und Unterstützung von Fachabteilungen bei Controlling Fragestellungen
  • Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen, Abweichungsanalysen und Ad-hoc-Auswertungen
  • Entwicklung, Pflege und Überwachung eines effektiven KPI-Systems (z. B. Scorecards)
  • Auf- und Ausbau von BI- und Data-Warehouse-Strukturen für effiziente Reportings und Analysen
  • Unterstützung des Managements bei strategischen Fragestellungen, Business Cases und Optimierungsprozessen
  • Sicherstellung der Buchungsqualität auf Kostenstellen-, Kostenträger- und Kostenartenebene sowie Prüfung relevanter Beschaffungsprozesse

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling/Finanzen
  • Langjährige Erfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Controlling- und Reportingsystemen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit BI-Tools, EXCEL und gängigen ERP-Systemen (idealerweise SAP Cloud)
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Zahlenaffinität, strukturierte Denkweise und hohe Umsetzungsstärke
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Interesse an unternehmerischem Mitgestalten
  • Klare Kommunikation und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
