Description de poste
En tant que chef d'équipe, vous serez chargé de coordonner le montage des centrales photovoltaïques sur votre secteur, tout en veillant à ce que chaque installation respecte les normes électriques et de sécurité.
Tes missions :
- Encadrement de l'équipe :
- Gérer une équipe d'installateurs.
- Répartir les tâches et s'assurer du respect des consignes.
- Former et accompagner les nouveaux employés.
- Planification et organisation du chantier :
- Lire et interpréter les plans et schémas électriques.
- Assurer l'approvisionnement du matériel nécessaire.
- Veiller à la bonne mise en place des équipements (panneaux solaires, onduleurs, câblage).
- Suivi technique et qualité :
- Vérifier la conformité des installations aux normes en vigueur.
- Contrôler la qualité et assurer les tests de bon fonctionnement.
- Détecter et résoudre les éventuels problèmes techniques.
- Sécurité et réglementation :
- Appliquer les règles de sécurité sur le chantier.
- Assurer le respect des normes électriques et environnementales.
- Assistance à la mise en service de la centrale photovoltaïque.
- Communication et reporting :
- Faire le lien entre les équipes, les clients et la direction.
- Rédiger des rapports d'avancement et des comptes rendus d'intervention.
