About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our team on a full-time basis to execute our regional sales and market strategy. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, expanding our customer portfolio, and strengthening long-term partnerships across the SEA region.

You will play a critical role in achieving commercial objectives across sales, orders, margins and customer satisfaction, while also helping shape our culture and leadership standards. Working closely with senior executives, customers, partners and internal teams across APAC, this role requires strategic vision, strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence at the highest levels.

As a seasoned senior sales leader with a strong background in technology sales, you will thrive in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and bring both strategic insight and hands-on execution capability.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Market Strategy

  • Develop, lead and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve agreed revenue, orders and profitability targets.
  • Manage the SEA sales pipeline, ensuring sufficient opportunity depth to meet annual targets.
  • Drive sustainable growth by identifying new revenue opportunities that complement existing products and solutions.
  • Create and manage account, portfolio and opportunity plans aligned to regional market strategy.
  • Coordinate sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring high levels of accuracy.
  • Support pre-sales solutions and broader business development initiatives across APAC.
  • Align market needs with development and manufacturing cycles.

Relationship & Partner Management

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers, utilities, government bodies and industry associations.
  • Represent the organisation at industry forums, conferences and exhibitions.
  • Lead strategic customer opportunities using Target Account Selling (TAS) methodologies, including bid reviews and senior leadership approvals.
  • Develop and manage relationships with partners, suppliers, distributors and local representatives to ensure successful business execution.
  • Coordinate with local partners and distributors to accelerate growth within each market.

Commercial Development

  • Collaborate closely with internal sales teams, technical experts and business line leaders to close opportunities successfully.
  • Qualify customer requirements and position relevant products, solutions and services.
  • Provide deal support to distributors and partners, assisting with product-based sales.
  • Maintain accurate sales statistics, forecasts and account profiles.
  • Apply strong technical and commercial judgement to match solutions to customer needs.
  • Drive sales initiatives in alignment with regional marketing plans.

About You

  • 10+ years' experience in senior technology or technical sales roles, ideally within Energy Management or Utilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong pre-sales experience, including solution development and solution‑based selling.
  • Broad technical knowledge with the ability to influence executive‑level decision makers.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, including managing and mentoring teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with sound financial awareness.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organised, analytical and proactive, with the ability to prioritise effectively and execute with sound judgment.
  • Experience collaborating across customers, partners and cross‑functional teams in dynamic environments.
