Job Description

The main purpose of this role is to ensure accurate and compliant financial record-keeping in line with accounting regulations, as well as to support both internal and external finance processes. This includes document verification, transaction posting, and balance reconciliations.

Your qualifications

  • Higher education in economics, finance, or accounting
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate accounting
  • Very good Excel skills
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • English at minimum B1 level (nice to have)
  • Experience with BC365 will be an advantage

Your Role

  • Initial review of financial and business documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Posting transactions related to day-to-day operations (costs, accruals, bank statements, payroll)
  • Confirming and reconciling balances and settlements with counterparties
  • Preparing ongoing payments in the banking system
  • Posting and processing year-end closing transactions
  • Supporting preparation of tax declarations, financial statements, and internal/external reports (monthly and annual)
  • Providing daily support to the accounting team
  • Liaising with international accounting offices
  • Working in BC365 system
