We are looking for experienced installation coordinator with experience in Vestas projects.

The aim of the position is to coordinate entire team working on site, at all stages. The person on this position is responsible for execution of tasks according to plan. Responsible for safety performance, for quality assurance and for keeping the budget.

Your Role

  • Participating in a site inspection/approval
  • Participating in the project's planning phase (especially studying of all technical details, manning, equipment, tools)
  • Assuring the best safety performance of the entire team;
  • Organise and manage the work of the team on project together with TLs.
  • Support the team in case of problems during installation & tasks execution
  • Preparing the daily schedule for TLs in advance
  • Assuring undersign team follow manuals, WIs, Checklist etc.)
  • Assuring undersign team follow safety rules
  • Be a role model for safety, following the work instructions, manuals.
  • Reporting the extra costs and time consumption to PM daily
  • Participate in weekly meetings with financial and project department, if required.
  • Together with HSE Officer conducts toolbox meeting.
  • Daily contact and coordination with clients onsite
  • Solving all relevant issues and problems, connected to all operations on site
  • Sharing knowledge & experience with undersign team of technicians.
