Job Description

We are looking for a Wind Turbine Technician whose mission will be to carry out installation works, mechanical assembly, and finishing activities on wind turbines, in accordance with technical documentation and safety standards.

Your qualifications

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Proficient use of manual and power tools
  • Experience using hydraulic tools
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components
  • Safety training
  • Knowledge and application of Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) procedures
  • Valid driver's license

Your Role

The main objective of the role is to perform mechanical installation and finishing works on wind turbines, including component alignment, safety system configuration, and installation of both internal and external turbine elements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Foundation repair activities and switchgear (SWG) installation
  • Installation of HT / voltage base between main components
  • Service lift installation
  • Foundation tensioning
  • General mechanical finishing works following pre-installation and installation phases
  • Installation and adjustment of ladder rails and ladders
  • Generator alignment
  • Finishing works in the nacelle, including DT connections (hydraulic connections)
  • Final works after CT installation, including radiator filling with coolant
  • Installation of protective covers, mainly on rotating components inside the nacelle
  • Installation of covers, steps, and hatches, including final adjustments
  • Installation of panic bars on access doors
