What you will do

  • Establish and renew framework agreements with installers who perform maintenance, including corrective maintenance.
  • Schedule routine maintenance work throughout the calendar year after receiving requests from Asset. Organize the preventive and corrective maintenance intervention in agreement with the customer and the installer.
  • Support the customer care department in resolving claims affecting the area.
  • Process the purchase requisition related to preventive and corrective maintenance intervention after verifying that it is in line with what is defined in framework contract.
  • Verify compliance with H&S rules related to the intervention.
  • Verify the report received from the installer for the correct execution of the intervention.
  • Approve the invoice from the installer in case of proper execution of the installation.

What are we looking for

  • 5/9 years of experience in field operations, maintenance, or technical asset management.
  • Preferably 3+ years in photovoltaic plant maintenance.
  • Ability to lead initiatives and contribute to process transformation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and improve field performance.
  • Knowledge of complex systems, regulations, and best practices in field operations.
  • Experience with reporting tools and performance monitoring systems.
  • Strong communication and mentoring capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related technical field.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
