Job Description
At Solgrid, we design and deliver smart solar solutions that help businesses reduce costs and move towards a more sustainable future. We're growing fast, and we're looking for a Graduate Engineer who's ready to learn, get stuck in, and make an impact from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
- Work alongside our design and project teams on real solar projects
- Get involved in project delivery and take ownership of key tasks
- Help source materials like panels, cabling, and electrical equipment
- Support with technical drawings, layouts, and cable calculations
- Visit project sites and see how everything comes together on the ground
- Assist with reports and documentation for completed installations
- Provide general technical and product support when needed
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Electrical, Energy or Mechanical Engineering
- An interest in renewable energy (solar experience is a bonus, not a must)
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
