Job Description
- Create and manage SAP material orders (plannable and non‑critical), including subcontractor material booking and order status follow‑up.
- Handle SAP activities such as SFAI case resolution, CMS reporting, and closing OEND service orders.
- Coordinate and align with regional teams to support operational and planning activities.
- Manage the Permit to Work (PtW) process in line with SEEEP requirements, including A1 and posted worker eligibility checks.
- Maintain statutory compliance by verifying and uploading A1, PSA, PPE, and third‑party certificates, and support manpower dispatching.Spare parts support (searching material in SAP or SPM)
- Review oil analysis and maintenance reports, coordinate follow-up actions with local NL teams, and manage reporting uploads in portals and systems.
- Perform SAP activities including delivery note booking, material orders, D-parts processing, quarterly clean-up, and maintenance order closure.
- Manage purchase-related activities such as creating and approving PO/BDM requests, vendor setup support, invoice approval, and material procurement.
- Monitor maintenance and reporting backlogs, ensure report quality as per NX guidelines, and support timely uploads to customers or portals.
- Handle recurring administrative tasks including ART reporting, service order quality checks, and data accuracy maintenance.
- Maintain system hygiene through SharePoint clean-up, documentation, and yearly inspection tracking for special tools and equipment
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 4-6 yrs experience (preferably from wind industry)
- Proven experience in coordination or similar role
- SAP knowledge in S4Hana and ECC
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong understanding of materials management
- Advanced Microsoft office skills
