Job Description
Join our Grid Automation business in Denmark and play a pivotal role in shaping a safe, sustainable, and high-quality working environment. As our HSE & Quality Specialist, you will be a trusted partner to operations and leadership, driving compliance, continuous improvement, and a strong culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and quality excellence across projects and sites.
This is an opportunity to move beyond compliance-to influence behaviour, embed best practices, and make a measurable impact on people, performance, and sustainability.
How you'll make an impact
- Act as a coach, advisor, and change agent for HSE and Quality, supporting the organization in daily operations
- Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations, company policies, and management system requirements
- Lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analyses, translating findings into effective corrective and preventive actions
- Drive and support HSE & Quality programs, audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Integrate ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) principles into operational processes and decision-making
- Develop and deliver engaging training, awareness campaigns, and emergency preparedness activities that strengthen safety culture and operational resilience
- Monitor key HSE & Quality KPIs, prepare insightful reports, and use data to improve transparency and performance.
What You Bring
- Relevant degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related technical field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in HSE (and/or Quality) roles within industrial, construction, projects or energy environments
- Solid knowledge of Danish H&S legislation (Arbejdsmiljøloven), with AMK P & B certification, and familiarity with international standards
- Practical experience working with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems, audits, or continuous improvement activities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence behaviors, deliver training, and engage diverse stakeholders
- Fluency in Danish and English, with willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed
