This is a hands-on, field-based role where no two days are the same. You'll perform everything from structural improvements to leak repairs, helping prepare homes for solar while delivering high-quality work. If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy working with your hands, this is a great opportunity to grow in the solar industry.

What You'll Do

  • Assess project sites and take accurate measurements to prepare for installation.
  • Perform structural improvements, including framing and reinforcing rafters.
  • Diagnose and repair roof leaks efficiently and effectively.
  • Complete home repairs related to solar installations (siding, drywall, etc.).
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners while on-site.
  • Document work with photos and detailed notes.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite.
