Your New Team

You will be a part of European Energy Denmark, consisting of 400 colleagues working from our office in Søborg, Denmark.

Our project pipeline in Denmark and Europe is in rapid growth, and you will be supporting the EPC development and preparation activities for several renewable projects. This includes leading many technical, organizational, and commercial aspects with the opportunity to develop professionally.

Your New Role

As our new Post-Construction Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our EPC team delivers on its obligations after the construction of our solar and BESS farms. Your mission is to resolve post-construction defects efficiently and capture lessons learned to improve future projects.

Working within the European Energy Project Management Model (PMM), you will coordinate technical and commercial activities with internal and external stakeholders.

You will bring a quality-driven mindset to defect resolution and actively contribute to continuous improvement across our portfolio.

You will thrive in a dynamic environment with diverse tasks and stakeholders, including local suppliers, in-house engineering teams, and shareholders.

Areas of Responsibilities

  • Lead defect resolution after construction of the projects and ensure compliance with EPC obligations.
  • Take ownership of post-construction issues and punch lists and ensure their completion within the allotted time frame.
  • Perform post-construction site visits and collaborate with Construction, Asset Management, and O&M teams to identify and address defects.
  • Capture lessons learned and ensured that improvements are implemented in future projects.
  • Monitor and report on cost of poor quality. Define post-construction quality budget for our portfolio.
  • Assist settlement agreements with project shareholders when required.
  • Monitor asset performance during the EPC guarantee period, address deviations, and support IAC/FAC milestones through reporting.

Your Profile

  • You have a bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in the solar energy sector, preferably in EPC or O&M.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and defect resolution.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Danish is an advantage.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Denmark and Europe (approx. 10 days/year).
  • A creative problem solver with excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
